About our rooms. . .

The cottage-style, cosy double bedroom has tea and coffee-making facilities, a colour tv and hairdryer. The pretty private bathroom has a bath, shower and washbasin. The single room also has tea and coffee-making facilities.

Breakfast is served in our Victorian dining room. Start with fresh fruit, cereals and juice, followed by your choice of a full English breakfast, then toast and preserves, fresh coffee and tea. Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs.

The price is £70 for the double room and £40 for the single room per night. We are unable to take credit or debit cards so payment to be in cash or by cheque please. We are a non-smoking house.

There are several local pubs serving food – The Blacksmith’s Arms and Chalk Pit Inn at Offham, The Horn’s Lodge at Chailey plus the award-winning Jolly Sportsman restaurant in East Chiltington. Lewes also has a wide range of eating places.
